“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and prayers.” Acts 2:42

There is something for anyone looking for a way to get plugged in. Don’t know where to start? Here are a few of our groups that you can check out. Our Growth Groups, inspired by Acts 2:42, are intended to allow deeper connections with one another on many levels in addition to our weekly worship and study opportunities. You’ve got purpose, and the Lord has a plan. The first step in being the church is getting to know who Christ is and who you are in relationship to others in the Spiritual Body of our Savior Jesus Christ.

Youth Group

Youth Group will meet each Sunday at 6 pm.

Messy Church

Messy Church is a monthly worship service celebrating how God reaches out to us in our messy lives. It is a church for folks who think they are too messy to come on Sunday, or those who have “messy” lives, or for families who just never seem to get a chance to be together doing fun things. It’s an hour or so of games (relays, sometimes water balloons, etc.), crafts, and snacks. There’s a short Celebration which dramatizes a chosen Bible story or theme, and we all eat together.

Gospel Bible Study256px-bible-book-clip-art-834099

Each Wednesday, at the noon hour, Pastor Bethany will lead a Bible Study on the Gospels. As we are working with the Gospel of Luke in the lectionary this year, we will study the Gospel of Luke. All are welcome to this open class. Bring which ever translation/paraphrase you like.

Taste and See

1st Sunday of the Month, following the 10 a.m. worship service in LeBard Hall. Join us for our shared potluck meal and group devotional time. We’ll begin with the potluck lunch (please bring a dish to share). After lunch we break into table groups to discuss a devotional from the Upper Room. The children’s group will have a craft or activity together. We will then gather again as a large group for dessert and more visiting. Join us as we seek to draw closer to one another and strengthen our walk with Christ. All ages are welcome!

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to talk about our hurts, habits, hang ups, addictions, and anything that might be going on in our lives that we might struggle with. It is a program based on the 12 Steps and the Beatitudes. When many people hear 12 Steps they automatically think of alcoholism and drug addiction. Celebrate Recovery is that and so much more. It helps participants address whatever is happening in their lives and bring them closer to the arms of God. Celebrate Recovery begins with worship, and then moves into reading the 12 Steps and/or the Beatitudes and then moves into small groups for discussion. One and a half to two hours one evening each week, with coffee fellowship. (MORE INFO)

Discipleship Bible Study
